LANSA Version 11

LANSA V11 introduces new opportunities for LANSA application developers to build world-class solutions involving multiple technologies. With the modernized IDE (Integrated Development Environment), new Repository data types and the introduction of a component-based Web Application Module (WAM) technology. Our courses are being updated to help you take advantage of these benefits.

LANSA's training courses are modular, allowing flexibility to leverage your existing skill set with the new technology you are facing. By taking a modular approach, we can focus on the education needs of your particular environment.

The Right Training

Are you new to LANSA?

The training you require will depend on the applications you're planning to develop and the LANSA products that you will be using. All LANSA developers should attend the LANSA Fundamentals Workshop, which includes basic interface skills required to work with LANSA objects, Repository and RDML programming.

If you are building Windows GUI applications, you should complete the LANSA Windows Applications Workshop after you have completed the LANSA Fundamentals Workshop.

If you are building Web applications, you should complete the LANSA Web Applications Module Workshop after you have completed the LANSA Fundamentals Workshop.

If you planning to use LANSA Integrator, you should complete the LANSA Integrator Workshop after you have completed the LANSA Fundamentals Workshop.

If you are using LANSA Client, you should complete the LANSA Client Workshop.

Developers that have been developing with the 5250 editor, and who have not taken prior Visual LANSA training should click here.

Public Courses
Our courses are offered publicly at our LANSA offices in St Albans, Herts.

A large classroom incorporates state of the art technology to provide students the best environment for learning.

On-Site Courses
We can also conduct any of our courses at your company's facility or a location of your choice. By doing this, you will receive the appropriate education at the appropriate time, and your staff will learn in the comfort and convenience of their own environment. This minimizes interruptions to your daily business operations. LANSA can customize any course to meet the unique needs of your organization.

LANSA eLearning – Online
The LANSA eLearning program allows you to learn on your own schedule, at your own pace. The training is delivered online and provides each user with a personal Virtual PC Environment that has the LANSA Product Suite preconfigured and set up. The objective of LANSA eLearning is to provide a cost effective way for users to reinforce concepts and skills learned in previous LANSA training classes, or to learn new material, in a flexible learning environment. eLearning works well on its own, or as a complement to LANSA's classroom training.

Supplementary Education Solutions
