Quad
Quad is a School Administration and Accounting system designed to serve the administrative and accounting needs of a single or multi-campus school. It provides a high-function, yet affordable environment, that supports the growing and changing requirements of both the business management and education areas.
Quad functionality includes: Enrolments, Student administration, Finance, Academic reporting and Assessment, Fund Raising and much more.
Quad offers an integrated solution with a fully relational database, functions such as registration, student administration, staff management, financial management, fees and fundraising use the same data, ensuring that there is no duplication or redundancy of information.
Developed by Sundata in 2002, Quad has been successfully implemented in a number of well-known independent schools across Australia.
In 2004 Quad was further enhanced to support the requirements of systemic educational organizations by allowing for multiple schools to be supported from a single server, within a single database.
In 2006 Quad was further developed to provide additional capabilities in the areas of assessment and reporting.
In 2007 Quad View was first offered providing easy access to parents and students to a variety of information regarding students and families.
