Using the Microsoft Graphing ActiveX

Description: A simple example demonstrating the use of the Microsoft Office Graph ActiveX Control in Visual LANSA
Price: Free
Support: Supplied on an as-is basis
Environment: Windows XP, Visual LANSA V11 onwards, OWC11.EXE ActiveX control
Contributor: LANSA
Details: This simple example integrates the Microsoft Office Web Components Chart control into a LANSA application. This control is available as a free download from the Microsoft Web site (http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidmsowcpub?clid=1033), and it is intended to allow displaying graphs and Office components through a Web page. Integrating it into a Web page/WAM is quite simple, with a lot of JavaScript/VBScript examples floating around on the Web. But putting it in a LANSA form is not so straight-forward. With this example you should be able to start using Excel Graphs and all their advanced functionality without too much trouble.
