Issue:
Pre V11 SP5 Web functions created as RDMLX functions need to have the
OS/400 Licensed Product 5733XT1 XML Toolkit Options 7 and 8 with
PTF SI16626 or higher installed to the i System to ensure
that the RDMLX functions work correctly for XML processing.
Resolution:
Pre-V11 SP5, RDMLX Web functions need to have the Toolkit
installed to ensure the functions work correctly.
This Toolkit requirement has been removed in V11 SP5.
