Description:

Generally, the LANLISTEN subsystem is started by QOTHPRDOWN, so the TP jobs show QOTHPRDOWN in the User column of Wrkactjob. When connecting (via the TP jobs), the User column doesn't change, even though the Current User Profile and Job User Identity may be different.

Issue:

Is there a way to change the User column to reflect the current user? Or is there any easy way to quickly find which job belongs to particular users.?

Solution:

Unfortunately, the user profile in the qualified job name cannot be changed. In addition, these jobs do not appear when using command WRKUSRJOB USER(USER_NAME). One way of finding out jobs that are running under a user profile (Initiated by or running as current user) is to use the following command:

WRKOBJLCK OBJ(USER_NAME) OBJTYPE(*USRPRF)

and see what jobs have locks on the user profile.
