Description:
It is possible to map multiple records from one record of a source table (Database Table) using Mapforce. For example, if a customer needs to specify an amount and currency code. In the database file this is all in one record, but the result is required to be in different rows.
Solution:
This functionality can be easily achieved by using the "Duplicate Input" command.
On the target database connection, right-click the node to which you want to map the input multiple times, and click "Duplicate Input" from the pop-up menu. Repeat this the required number of times. Then you can map your input to each of the duplicated target input icons as required.
Based on the above scenario, here is a sample an instance where one record from a table is mapped to multiple records in another table.
