ACBS is Fidelity Information Services' comprehensive commercial lending and trading system. It consists of integrated functional modules that support the lending process from deal building through servicing and trading. The system embodies a “once-and-done” workflow and information management process that integrates front-office origination, syndication, deal structuring, documentation, credit approval, portfolio monitoring and trading with back-office servicing and accounting processes. These features, along with the single information source used by all components, speeds the process, reduces errors and eliminates redundant effort.
The ACBS system provides commercial lending institutions with a comprehensive, cost effective way of managing and servicing commercial lending portfolios. Multi-platform, multi-currency and euro ready, ACBS handles multiple fee and pricing structures, as well as complex loan products such as syndications. ACBS users include some of the world's largest financial institutions, as well as many small, regional and private banks.
The Advanced Trading Office Secondary Sales & Trading (ATSS&T) module offers a comprehensive set of tools that provide the highest level of automation, efficiency, and profitability for a commercial loan trading business in the secondary market, while ensuring powerful and easy access to all information associated with the business. For existing ACBS customers, this offering fully leverages all existing information that is available and adds substantial capabilities for managing that information.
All ACBS modules use the same common database, which ensures total consistency of data for all users, and ensures that no information is ever redundantly entered or maintained.
