When summarizing data or using a large font size, it may become necessary to adjust the column width in query results in order to see the complete data.
To do this:
- Select the columns to be resized, by clicking on each field's column header while keeping the shift key depressed. For example, in the LCSAMPLE query which is shipped with LANSA Client, select the January, February and March sales columns.
- Drag and drop the column border of one of the selected column headers to its required position.
- All selected columns, in the above example January, February and March, will have been resized.
The LANSA Client results matrix will not allow the enlargement of the column width of the right most (last) column. With the above method the right most columns can be enlarged as well.
