Specifying *licenses as the process in the 'Execute Process' icon in the LANSA folder will display all the current runtime license information for that PC. Please refer to the LANSA Online documentation for more information on Visual LANSA runtime licensing.
When using this facility to check your licenses, if a particular license shows as 'Not Available' one possible reason is that you have specified the 'Type of license' in lowercase. For example, if you specified a SuperServer license as lxx rather than LXX.
To check this possibility, in Settings and Administration, select Server Licensing. Selecting this option will display all entered licenses in the form 3 character "Type of License" description, followed immediately by the "License Code Assigned", 31 characters in total. If you have specified the "Type of License" as lowercase, change to uppercase and execute the process *licenses again.
