Database Marketing Analyst

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois

LANSA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Database Marketing Analyst/Marketing Automation, Analytics and Reporting Specialist, who can manage the administration of the company’s marketing information systems.

The qualified candidate will drive and grow our lead generation process and nurture strategy through marketing automation, program design and development. In addition, this position has responsibility for measuring, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on campaign and digital marketing results with an emphasis on demand generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain marketing databases (Eloqua and Salesforce.com)
  • Code emails and landing pages, create email content using HTML and CSS as needed and ensure the timeliness and quality of all deliverables
  • Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns
  • Perform analysis and forecasting by creating custom/special reports from marketing databases
  • Report customer trends and summarize statistical data in user reports
  • Perform data extraction and lead generation
  • Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct and interpret data analysis
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Provide internal support to all database users, including training, troubleshooting and coding.
  • Carry out daily campaign processes, including start-to-finish scope
  • Schedule and coordinate text and creative content
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of many computer programs and programming languages
  • Analyze campaigns for key metrics.


  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent with emphasis in Marketing or business related areas
  • 2-3 years’ experience in database marketing analysis
  • Experience working with Eloqua and/or Salesforce.com required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), HTML (preferred)
  • Good understanding of lead generation best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to translate statistical raw data into insight and action.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, including executive presentation and writing.
  • Strong project/program management; ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and tracking campaigns that score, nurture and report on leads with the ability to engage prospects.

Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois

LANSA Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Department in leading the sales charge on a new line of mobile applications to extend existing customer systems to a variety of mobile platforms. This may also include working with our Account Executives and existing clients to quickly capture new business in this expanding market. Qualified candidates will be ambitious, responsive, and strive to satisfy our customers. This position will be responsible for both US and Canadian territories.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries
  • Target specific accounts to relay the value proposition of the mobile offerings
  • Assist Account Executives in identifying and generating new, qualified leads.
  • Contact LANSA customers in assigned territory by phone, e-mail or other means to increase business in the territory.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelors or associates degree in a business or technology field from an accredited program
  • 2-5 years sales experience

Associate Consultant

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois and Toronto, Ontario

Currently, we are actively seeking 2-3 self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our Consulting teams in the Toronto and Chicago areas, servicing clients throughout North America and the Caribbean.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a member of our Services organization, you will work as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on billable assignments, typically under the direction of a Project Manager. Expertise and work efforts focus on the programming and development of new applications or the enhancements to existing applications using the LANSA tool set. Duties may be performed remotely from the LANSA offices or at customer’s site. An Associate Consultant operates under close supervision, guidance and tutelage of other LANSA consultants or client management on clearly defined assignments.

You will work on small to medium-sized projects, focusing on the programming and development of new applications or the extension or integration to existing systems or applications. You will assist in developing applications or customizing applications to meet customers' needs under direction of project leader.


Qualified candidates will have a recognized degree from a Software Design and Development program and will be eager to gain experience designing and developing business applications. Or, if you are an experienced programmer and wish to learn and apply new technologies, this position is for you! Proficient PC skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages is required.

Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and want to be part of a professional, fast-paced Consulting team.

Previous experience with web or mobile development, C#.NET, web-services or Windows client-server development is a plus.
